ACE Glass of Kentucky provides commercial glass installation, repair, and replacement services throughout Central Kentucky, including Richmond, Lexington, and surrounding areas.

Our services include:

• Window replacement and restoration
• Custom glass projects
• Emergency glass repair services
• Glass maintenance and consultation

When requesting our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your glass service needs
• Ensure safe and accessible work areas for our technicians
• Make timely payments according to agreed-upon terms
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or issues with completed work
• Comply with all applicable building codes and regulations

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. We accept various forms of payment and require payment upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and project modifications.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided with each completed project and may vary based on the type of work performed and materials used.

Emergency repairs may have different warranty terms due to the urgent nature of the work and material availability.

Our liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
